Navigating my path to teaching

My main Goal would be to attend Texas Woman's University, It's in Denton, Tx. Makes things easier since it's close to home.

TWU tuition costs are for graduates non-resident tuition & fees - $1,018/hr.

TWU offers a lot of programs, majors & degrees. Also they have a lot of scholarships to offer and financial aid.

The steps the video demonstrates to become a teacher are

1) Education :

    - getting your bachelors degree

   - getting in a teachers prep program 

   - getting a credential only or your masters degree

2) Earn your teaching credential
3) Find your job
4) Build your teaching career.

I would like to start my teaching career in California. In California they pay on average for elementary schools $63,310. Also they get about 15 weeks of vacation per year. There Expediture per pupil is $11,645.
Teaching in another country would also be interesting, getting to see different cultures and always learning new things.

Does spelling count?

    The authors point of view in this article : does spelling count? was that spelling does count. In order to have a successful education spelling would be a good technique growing up in order to succeed. Students usually struggle with spelling by lack of practice. Practicing to do things the right way can get you where you wanna be.
Spelling is important because it aids in reading. It helps the connection that is shared between sounds and letters. Learning high frequency sight words also has been shown to help with both reading and writing. This is why students learn sight words during their early years. Spelling can actually help you in other subjects such as Reading, Math, Science etc. Spelling can help  help you understand basic knowledge and makes your journey through education way easier.
 Spelling can also help you communicate in a more sophisticated manner like for example writing Emails, Letters, or even through text messages.
