Built for learning?
Ideal learning environment environment for me :
Would be exactly the way my mentor has her 1st grade class. Mrs.Gygi has her students arranged her students in groups of four. Two boys and Two girls in every table. Students who have vision problems would be in the front tables close to the board and her desk. Also she has the students who are struggling the most with students that would be able to help them.
Classes for 1st Graders should be longer than the way they are. It seems like teachers have to rush through lessons to be able to go through everything in the lesson plan. Students are not able to spend enough time in subjects that actually matter like Math, science, reading ect.
